energy assistance, phone discounts, personal response systems, Circuit Breaker, in-home caregiver training, home modifications, legal and financial assistance and other services.

- Counseling in person and by phone
- Support groups for caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren
- (English and Spanish speaking groups)
- Respite on a temporary basis so you can take a break from caregiving.

Join the Caring Connection Network of agencies and organizations committed to providing services to family caregivers, being an informed voice to educate the general public about caregiver needs and educate caregivers about services available to meet their needs by promoting currently available services and to serve as an advisory capacity to facilitate problem-solving among agencies and organizations serving family caregivers.
What is a Caregiver?
Anyone…a family member, a friend, a neighbor, who can be relied upon to provide unpaid help to a senior. If you are a grandparent or relative raising a child in your own home, we offer training, education, counseling, and support groups too. We can help all of you locate resources to make your job easier. YOU ARE NEVER ALONE.
