What is Interfaith
Caregiver Network (ICaN)?
ICaN provides a network and support system for congregations,
agencies, and individuals, all with traditions of caring for
older adults in Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Marshall, Stark, and
Fulton Countries. The goal of ICaN is to promote the dignity and
independence of older persons through a variety of services
provided by trained volunteers.
Whom do we serve?
We serve older adults whose needs of assistance go unmet due to
a lack of family, friends, or funds. Minor home repairs, yard
work, friendly visiting, and telephone reassurance are some of
the services our volunteers provide. ICaN helps people in need
without regard to gender, race, income, or religious
affiliation. There is no charge for services
